Konferenceabstrakt til konference - 2019

Resume

Workplaces are legally obliged to prevent stress that can cause health problems among their employees. Ideally, the workplace will do this by firstly reducing or eliminating risk factors to prevent stress (primary prevention), and secondly, by reacting when employees show early signs of stress-related problems (secondary prevention). The keynote will address challenges in this approach as well as some developing trends in workplace stress prevention that may meet these challenges.
