NFA’s board of directors, the executive management and seven managers are responsible for the overall and day-to-day management of NFA, respectively.

The board of directors sets out the general guidelines for NFA’s organisation, long-term activities and development.

Director General Steffen Bohni and Deputy Director General Rikke Thoning Solaas are responsible for the day-to-day management together with seven managers, who oversee our research and analysis, the executive secretariat and communications, finance, and daily operations.

Performance-related pay for the Director General of NFA

Performance-related pay is awarded for an extraordinary contribution, based on the assessment by the Head of Department of the Director General’s overall performance over the year, including the achievement of the objectives set out in NFA’s performance and results plan. The payment for 2024 amounts to DKK 90,000.
